Our lambs are born and raised here on our farm in Franklinville, NJ, where we focus on responsible, small-scale farming and giving our animals the best care possible from birth to harvest.
Purchasing a lamb share is a wonderful way to fill your freezer with locally raised lamb while directly supporting a small New Jersey farm and the work that goes into raising our flock.

A full lamb share is typically 20-26 lbs of packaged meat, depending on the size of lamb. We offer smaller half shares of 12-15 lbs.
Share average around $12 per lb, with the final cost depending on the size of the lamb and your cut selection. Speciality cuts, such as French-trimmed racks, add additional processing cost.
We can also put together a lamb meat box, this option is our most popular option, especially for easy everyday meals. These boxes contain ground lamb and rosemary garlic lamb sausage. Our ground lamb is $13 per lb and our sausage is $16 per lb.
There is a $100 processing fee deposit due at the time of order, which is non refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up or delivery. There is no fee for delivery with in a 25 mile radius of our farm.
