Established in 2020, we are first generation beekeepers and Shepherds to America’s oldest sheep breed, the Navajo – Churro. We raise this multipurpose heritage breed due to its resilient nature and adaptability. All our wool products are part of the Shave ‘em to Save ‘em initiative with the Livestock Conservancy. We are also a Bee Friendly Certified Farm by the Pollinator Partnership Program. Our no-spray practices are essential to our pollinators and our regenerative farming practice to provide healthy food. From Bee to Ewe.
We have a limited number of Hestia’s Homestead lamb shares available, with a processing date of August 25.
Our lambs are born and raised here on our farm in Franklinville, NJ, where we focus on responsible, small-scale farming and giving our animals the best care possible from birth to harvest.
Purchasing a lamb share is a wonderful way to fill your freezer with locally raised lamb while directly supporting a small New Jersey farm and the work that goes into raising our flock.
Shares are limited and available by reservation. If you’ve been thinking about purchasing lamb from us, now is the time to reserve yours.
Message us for share sizes, pricing, and cut options.
From our pasture to your table — thank you for supporting Hestia’s Homestead.

Support Our GoFundMe: Bringing Navajo (Diné) Culture to New Jersey
This year, we are working on something incredibly meaningful.
We are raising funds to bring Navajo (Diné) weavers, and artisans to the Garden State Sheep & Fiber Festival Hunterdon County Fairgrounds, Lambertville, NJ September 12–13, 2026
The Navajo Churro sheep is the featured breed for 2026, making this an especially important opportunity to share the history, cultural significance, and living traditions connected to this remarkable breed.
This initiative will allow festival attendees to experience authentic cultural demonstrations, storytelling, and the deep history of the Navajo Churro sheep—a breed woven into the identity and resilience of the Diné people.
This is more than a trip—it’s an opportunity to preserve tradition, create connection, and honor voices that deserve to be heard.
Welcome, and thank you for joining our farm community
We’re so glad you’re here.
Established in 2020, we are first-generation beekeepers and shepherds raising America’s oldest sheep breed, the Navajo-Churro. On our regenerative, no-spray farm, we proudly produce raw honey, tallow-based lotions, lamb, wool, and sheep by-products—all thoughtfully raised and made from Bee to Ewe.
Our wool products are part of the Shave ’Em to Save ’Em initiative with The Livestock Conservancy, helping preserve rare and endangered heritage breeds. We are also a Bee Friendly Certified Farm through the Pollinator Partnership, because protecting pollinators is essential to healthy land and healthy food.
