Support Our GoFundMe: Bringing Navajo (Diné) Culture to New Jersey

This year, we are working on something incredibly meaningful.

We are raising funds to bring Navajo (Diné) weavers, and artisans to the Garden State Sheep & Fiber Festival
Hunterdon County Fairgrounds, Lambertville, NJ
September 12–13, 2026

The Navajo Churro sheep is the featured breed for 2026, making this an especially important opportunity to share the history, cultural significance, and living traditions connected to this remarkable breed.

This initiative will allow festival attendees to experience authentic cultural demonstrations, storytelling, and the deep history of the Navajo Churro sheep—a breed woven into the identity and resilience of the Diné people.

This is more than a trip—it’s an opportunity to preserve tradition, create connection, and honor voices that deserve to be heard.
